I used to think that life was about doing the right thing, being a good person, and doing the best you can with what you have.
I no longer buy that bullshit – and I won’t buy yours either.
I always knew that I wanted more from my life than to live in such a rigid box. What I really wanted was more adventure, and less rules, more freedom, and less stress. Like you, I didn’t know that I could have it all until I allowed my adventurous spirit to guide me to learn more about myself, to trust my intuition, and to empower my creative process.
These are some of the skills I help my clients learn as well. The work I do is really about disrupting the automaticity in which most of us move through in our lives, relationships, and careers.
Being a leader isn’t about being perfect, or never making mistakes. It’s really about being able to be vulnerable in our desire to lead and help others. Unlike what you’ve probably learned in school, or in life, sometimes getting to where you want to go means you get to break some rules.
The biggest lie ever told is that you can’t have your cake and eat it too! It’s time to not only break some rules but break through some glass ceilings too!

As a graduate of a certified coaching & leadership training program who holds her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is highly practiced at identifying the gaps in next-level leadership and supporting her clients to develop the skills necessary to fill them.
Darrin is a former board member of the International Coaching Federation, has a private coaching practice, and prefers to stay cutting edge by consistently honing her own skills – leading teams of entrepreneurs formerly with Accomplishment Coaching and now with World Financial Group.
Darrin was born and raised in Victoria, BC, and has recently fulfilled her own dreams to travel the world, by taking her business on the road! Living and working remotely in 13 countries and counting! She’s enjoyed experiencing new cultures, new sites, and the wide open spaces in far-away lands!
